Application to vary conditions 2 and 5 of planning consent 222632 for the proposed erection of a part single and part double storey front, side and rear extensions to existing dwelling following loft conversion works and demolition of the existing garage. Condition 2 refers to approved details and condition 5 refers to Restriction of Permitted Development Rights, and the variation is to allow the changes to fenestration (part retrospective).

Development of a single Passivhaus certified new-build dwelling with new access, parking and hard/soft landscaping arrangements . Exploratory trial excavations undertaken February 2021 and requiring retrospective planning permission. Variation of condition 1 of permission 21/01133/F to vary the approved plans. Changes include addition of an en-suite, amendments to courtyard space, removal of a side door and substitution with windows to the en-suite and two bedrooms.
