Section 73 - Application for Variation of condition iv (Permitted development rights) (to allow certain permitted development rights, in particular for Part 1, Class E (buildings etc incidental to the enjoyment of a dwellinghouse) and Part 2, Class A (gates, fences, walls etc) and other small scale domestic developments such as electric charging points to be carried out by the owners of the property without requiring planning permission) pursuant to application 74/0065 for Conversion of oasthouse into single dwelling unit, erection of double garage and landscaping details as amended by additional plans received 11/07 and 07/08/74.

Erection of 1 x 5 bed detached dwelling. Variation of condition 6 of permission 20/01762/F. The new owner of ViVa Griha would like to change the development specification for the perimeter treatment to the south site boundary as illustrated in Drawing 02 and the Planning Statement. Our application proposal involves hard landscape amendments to approved Condition 6 of Planning Application Ref. 20/01762/F as follows; Build new entry gates and piers (Refer to Drawing 116/PL/02) at entrance to dwelling from Hurst Drive. Add a new perimeter 1m high close board fence to the Hurst Drive boundary.

Application to vary conditions 4, 6, 8, 11, 12 and 14 of planning consent 213380 for the erection of 5 no. detached dwellings, two with detached garages and three with internal garages and associated landscaping works including one balancing pond, 2 no. accesses with entrance gates and 1.2m post and rail fencing. Condition 4 relates to landscaping; condition 6 to an Ecological Enhancement Area; condition 8 to swept paths; condition 11 to access surfacing; condition 12 to cycle parking and condition 14 to parking and turning space, and the variation is to alter the wording of these conditions to allow plot 1 to be occupied at this stage of the development.

Erection of 6 No. semi-detached 3 bedroom dwellings with associated parking and amenity space. Access road and partial demolition and rebuilding of No. 41 Brentfield Road. Incorporating variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) and 18 (access / parking arrangements for No. 41 Brentfield Road) of planning permission DA/19/00777/VCON in respect of part demolition and re-building No. 41 Brentfield Road, amend part of the proposed access road, erection of electric entry gates, relocating boundary fencing for No. 39 Brentfield Road and amending the access, parking provision and landscaping for No. 41 Brentfield Road. As well as varying the details approved in relation to conditions 17 (parking management Strategy), and 19 (demolition and construction phasing for 41 Brentfield Road), and varying the wording of conditions 19 (works to No.41 Brentfield Road), 22 (permitted development restrictions at No. 41 Brentfield Road) and 23 (parking provision for No. 39 Brentfield Road).
