Amendments to planning permission dated 26 May 2020 (RN: 19/01472) for: 'Excavation to create a deeper basement level and excavation under Wells Mews, demolition of 58-60 Berners Street and demolition behind retained facade of 14-17 Wells Street and erection of a new mixed use development within two adjoining buildings comprising lower ground, ground plus 5 storeys fronting Wells Street and lower ground, ground plus 7 storeys fronting Berners Street to accommodate flexible retail (Class A1) or financial and professional services (Class A2) or restaurant (Class A3) purposes on part lower ground and part ground floors, office (Class B1) on upper floors and installation of plant behind screening on both roof levels. Change of use, refurbishment and extension of 153 High Street from Sui Generis (car dealership) to accommodate retail (Class A1) within an extended ground floor unit and 5 No. residential (Class C3) units (2 No. x 1 bedroom apartments, 1 No. x 2 bedroom apartment, and 2 No. x 2 bed mews cottages) accommodated within a two storey rear extension; part-demolition of 151 High Street front extension and refurbishment and change of use of 151 High Street from Sui Generis (car dealership) to 1 No. x 3 bedroom dwelling house (Class C3) including erection of one front dormer window at roof level, reinstatement of front entrance door, various re-arrangements, internal refurbishments, ancillary development and landscaping. Internal alterations to no.151 including replacement of existing internal doors with timber doors, removal of partition wall to kitchen, restoration of panelling, installation of baskets and slips to blocked up fireplaces

(ii) Erection of part rear first floor and two storey roof extension to provide 62 No. new residential apartments, with rooftop amenity space.
