Infilling existing passageway to form W.C and Utility room. Removal of existing shed and erection of new shed. Removal of existing coniferous hedge and replacement with new hedging. Alterations to front garden to form new level access pathway.' Variation to include a new sun pipe to the garage roof, relocation of position of gate at front of property and use of approved bricks to the front of the garage
