Application for variation of condition 3 on planning permission 101155/OUT/20 (Outline application to create 66 studio student apartments in the existing building with a proposed single storey front extension, loft conversion and external alterations including raising roof height with dormer windows installed. Approved drawings under condition 3 are to be substituted with revised drawing to allow the demolition of the existing single storey amenity space with replacement three storey extension to provide built for purpose two storey amenity space on the first and second floor.

Discharge of conditions Condition 6 (Refuse and Cycle Storage) and Condition 8 (Landscaping) attached to Planning Permission 20/01729/CONR granted fro the variation to condition 1 (approved plans) of 16/04860/FUL approved for alterations and conversion to form 4 two bedroom flats, erection of single/two storey side/rear extensions and dormer extension in rear roof slope, provision of associated parking
