Proposed conversion and extension to existing basement including lightwell to front, construction of ground and first floor rear extensions, loft conversion with rear dormer extension including front roof lights, to create in total 13 x residential flats comprising of: 12no. 1-bed flats and 1no. 2-bed flat together with the refurbishment of building, cycle storage and landscaping works.

Details of construction management plan in pursuant to condition 4 of planning permission ref: 191923FUL dated 08/08/2019 for ' Provision of mansard roof with the installation of 6 no. dormer windows to the front roofslope and rear outrigger roof extension to accommodate 6 no. self-contained residential units (6-studio) with associated cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping.'
