Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans), 4 (biodiversity enhancement), 5 (materials), 6 (detailed drawing), 8 (landscaping), 10 (site levels), 11 (nesting birds), 12 (detailed drainage scheme), 13 (SUDs), 14 (foul and surface water), 16 (porous parking surface), 17 (door and window details) and 18 (archaeological investigations) from planning permission 94048/FUL/18 (Demolition of existing Dutch barn and the construction of a double garage to form a farmyard/forecourt to Onion Farm. Erection of a cottage outside the curtilage of Onion Farm, existing pigsty to be converted to a refuse store with the installation of new fencing to enclose the site).
