Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 23rd October 2020 (RN:19/09638/FULL) for the Demolition of existing community centre (Use Class D1) and nursery (Use Class D1) buildings and associated structures and replacement with three blocks (Blocks A, B and C) to create residential dwellings (Use Class C3), office floorspace (Use Class B1), cafe (Use Class A1), replacement community space (Use Class D1) and replacement nursery (Use Class D1). Landscaping and public realm alterations (including to the base of Wilmcote House); provision of car parking and cycle parking, refuse storage; provision of new boundary treatment; alterations to services; plant and associated works from RN:19/09638/FULL. Variation of Condition Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 20/01216/FUL (Appeal APP/Z5630/W/20/3260562) (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of new residential building comprising 6no.x dwellings with associated bins, cycle store, parking and dropped kerb widening to side and rear of site.) to allow amendment to approved plans to replace rear windows with doors, amendment to rear defensible space and boundary fence.

Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.2 (approved plans), seeking to allow changes to the design in pursuant to planning permission reference 182180FUL dated 14/01/2020 (as amended by ref. 201456VAR dated on 09.03.2021, and ref. 202815NMA dated 12.08.2020) for 'Redevelopment of the site to provide residential flats and ground floor commercial floor space (A1 use class) accommodated within a part eleven storey (fronting onto Broadway) and part fifteen storey (fronting onto Singapore Road) building, with associated amenity space, cycle and refuse storage, and connection to Green Man Lane district heating centre (following demolition of buildings on site).'
