Non Material Amendment of DC/20/0694/FUL - Use of part of garden for the construction of a single storey detached dwelling house - 1. Addition of a small extension to provide a pantry and porch for the approved dwelling. 2. Minor changes to the approved scheme of fenestration. 3. Realignment of Northern boundary (in applicant's ownership) Changes to boundary treatment including reduction in height of the proposed walls to reduce impact on neighbour amenity and substitution of wall to Northern boundary with a new close board fence. 4.
