Application to certify that the proposed demolition of existing garage, erection of part single part two storey rear extension and a single storey side extension, alterations to windows on south elevation, insertion of 2no. windows and alteration to 1no. window on east elevation, hip to gable roof extension and formation of 1no. dormer to rear roofslope, insertion of 2no rooflights to front roofslope in association with loft conversion is lawful development.
