Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Construction of dwelling with basement and detached garage.) to allow for alterations to external above ground building envelope, alteration of roof form with minor increases and decreases in ridge height, omission of originally intended infill roof section, and increase in height of rear eaves of garage. Increase in size of below ground basement and addition of ground level flush roof light to rear basement games room. Alterations to internal floor plan including addition of high level attic mezzanine storage space to serve first floor bedroom 3. Alterations to setting out and detailing of external doors, windows and oakwork, changes to eaves and bargeboard detailing, alterations to detailing and setting out of chimney stacks including increase in height of central stack

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 March 2012 (RN:11/11498/FULL) for use of part ground and upper floors as a single dwelling house (Class C3). Demolition of part of the existing two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level to create an open patio area. Construction of rear extension at second floor level. Removal of part of the existing roof and attic space to create a roof terrace and rooflight and screen to front elevation. Alterations to front and rear elevation windows and doors. NAMELY, repositioning of metal balustrade and extension of flank parapet wall.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 19/6319/FUL, dated 26/02/2021 for `Conversion of existing 3no. flats into 1no. single family dwelling house including partial demolition of the existing building and demolition of two existing garages, construction of a new basement level with plant areas, part single, part two storey side and rear extensions with associated alterations and extension to roof with 2no. rear dormer windows, replacement of windows including new bay windows to front elevation. New boundary fence and walls with additional vehicular access`. Variation to include additional demolition to the front section of the existing roof and rebuilding of the chimney stacks.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 April 2020 (RN 20/00004/LBC) (which varied listed building consent dated 29 April 2016 (RN: 15/10368/LBC)) for 'Substantial demolition and redevelopment behind retained front facades as well as the demolition and reconstruction of mews properties to create two single family dwelling houses.
