Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 29 March 2019 (RN: 18/08004/FULL), which itself Varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 21 December 2017 (RN: 16/11562/FULL) for the Demolition and redevelopment of 14-16 Paddington Green; alteration and partial demolition of 17 Paddington Green; development of land to the east and south of 14-17 Paddington Green (part of site known as 'West End Green') to provide buildings ranging between 4 and 14 upper storeys to provide residential units, with associated landscaping, basement car and cycle parking and servicing provision.
