Variation of Condition 1 (Plan numbers) of planning permission 22/1337/RSP (Part retrospective: Construction of first floor roof extension to create roof accommodation with front and rear dormers, roof alterations to existing side projections including front and rear dormers, increase in ridge heights; removal of chimney breasts and alterations to fenestration) to allow repositioning of side rooflights and rear dormer and erection of new dormer to the front.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 200889 for the proposed erection of front porch extension, construction of rear conservatory and first floor single storey front, side and rear extension including pitched roof, 1 no. dormer window to create habitable accommodation following internal alterations and changes to fenestration including the widening of the dropped kerb. Alterations to an existing outbuilding to revert ground floor gym back to garaging with changes to first floor fenestration and rooflights. Demolition of existing detached stables and construction of replacement building comprising stables, garaging and self contained family/guest living accommodation.
