Variation of condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of application 21/01485/FUL (Demolition of existing house and outbuildings. Construction of dwelling with basement and detached garage.) to allow for alterations to external above ground building envelope, alteration of roof form with minor increases and decreases in ridge height, omission of originally intended infill roof section, and increase in height of rear eaves of garage. Increase in size of below ground basement and addition of ground level flush roof light to rear basement games room. Alterations to internal floor plan including addition of high level attic mezzanine storage space to serve first floor bedroom 3. Alterations to setting out and detailing of external doors, windows and oakwork, changes to eaves and bargeboard detailing, alterations to detailing and setting out of chimney stacks including increase in height of central stack

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning application PF/22/0152 (Demolition of two storey detached dwelling and erection of two storey detached replacement dwelling house and detached garage) to change materials on part of north and east elevations from timber cladding to white render, alter roof materials to slate tiles, and add solar panels to south-facing roof slope

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans), variation of condition 9 (materials) and variation of condition 13 (garage materials) pursuant to approved planning application 21/01651/FUL dated 21.10.2021 (which granted planning permission for the demolition of Existing House & Outbuildings and Erection of 5 No. Detached Dwellings in 6 Phases) to permit changes to the wording of conditions 2 (approved plans), 9 (materials) and 13 (garage materials) to allow changes to the materials of the dwellings and to change the garage material of plot 3.

Proposal under section 73 for the variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), of permission 21/00760/FUL to allow for the variation to rear roof detail and floor to ceiling heights, boundary wall detail and car parking/lamp post location details amended. Variation of condition 15 (Approved plans) of planning permission PL/21/4348/FA (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of new dwelling with attached garage) to allow for : Changes to elevational details including introduction of front bay windows, changes to interior layout and windows/doors and minor repositioning of the new house on the site.
