Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/1122 for 'Demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new part four, part three and part two storey building facing Alice Street, a three storey terrace with mansard level and re-use of existing basement facing onto Tower Bridge Road, to provide 9no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and a retail unit (Use Class E(a)).' The amendment includes the following: - propose infill between house 2 and 3 set back from courtyard elevation to provide walk-in closet; - relocate ASHP in house 1 onto the flat roof in concealed location besides the consented brickwall; - position consented south-facing 2/F window 835mm to the right for house 1; - reduce perimeter wall adjacent to Capacity House and Nos. 87 & 89 TBR to nominal 2-3m from proposed site datum level

Variation of condition 8 (BREEAM Report) pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0495 (Demolition of existing two storey retail building and construction of new five storey building comprising ground floor retail with 52 bedroom hotel above, roof top plant, creation of rear service yard, and ancillary works) to amend the wording of condition 8 (in order to allow a rating of BREEAM Very Good instead of Excellent and to refer only to the hotel element)

Variation to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0495 'Demolition of existing two storey retail building and construction of new five storey building comprising ground floor retail with 52 bedroom hotel above, roof top plant, creation of rear service yard, and ancillary works'. The proposed amendment is as follows: To make a number of minor amendments to the elevations as follows: a change in the RAL colour of the shopfronts, the omission of 2 No. windows on the ground floor rear escape corridor, Staffordshire Blue bricks around the loading bay entrance in lieu of blue glazed bricks, aluminium window louvres in lieu of timber, raising of the main roof parapet coping and and an increase in the size of the plant room to accommodate the M&E finalised design.
