Details of Condition 4 - detailed drawings sections and elevations (scale 1:5/ 10) for all fenestration to the new build elements (to include details of the reveals) external doors, balustrading, parapets, timber screens required by planning permission dated 30/07/2018[LBS Ref 17/AP/4124] for 'Change of use from Class D1 with an ancillary Class B1 office function to Class C3 for residential use, including conversion and part demolition of existing main house to enable the creation of x5 new residential units and the construction of x4 new residential units in the rear garden with x9 off street parking spaces, associated communal and private landscaped areas'.
