Details of Condition 11 - Detailed 1:5 scale section drawings of facades, parapets, roof edges, heads, cills and jambs of all openings as required by LBS REG 3 Application 16AP0347 granted 13/05/2016 for: 'Demolition of existing building and construction of a five storey building comprising 28 self-contained flats (use class C3) including alterations to existing vehicular access, associated landscaping and car parking.'

Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Non material amendment for planning application 19/AP/6375 dated 28/04/2020 for construction of a five storey block of 35 dwellings for social rent, consisting of 14 x 1 bed flats, 12 x 2 bed flats, 9 x 3 bed flats involving the partial demolition of a podium with associated landscaping works.
