NMA sought: 1. To remove all the Kashmir Gold granite cladding to the ground floor dividing pillars and reveal the existing glazed bricks of the original building; 2. To form a glass enclosure at roof level to Lavington Street elevation, where the second staircase has been extended one flight and now used as a secondary means of escape due to building control considerations; 6. Roof Plantroom Compound now reduced in size; To refurbish the windows on a like for like basis by replacing the existing aluminium gold colour to new double glazed aluminium windows in anthracite grey colour Ral 7016

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1774 (Demolition of existing garden shed and erection of new 2 bedroom single storey dwelling house with roof accommodation. New site boundary wall and associated works). The proposed changes are to the first floor window to include full height with a juliette balcony.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1585 (Demolition and rebuilding of existing single-storey residential annex with additional first floor extension, erection of 2-storey side extension with accommodation at roof level served by front and rear dormer windows in place of existing garage, and provision of new screening on roof terrace facing school.) Changes proposed is to regularise approved boundary wall alignment by 200mm (B7 on plan) projection towards the school and boundary wall set back from tree (B1 on plan) by 150mm.
