Non material amendment of planning permission dated 12/11/2020 [LBS Ref 18/AP/4195] for 'Construction of two 5 -storey extensions at the end of Roderick and Antony House. The construction of a two storey roof extension above both Antony and Roderick House creating two 6 storey blocks together with the infilling of the existing central gap with a 5 storey building linking the two blocks over every floor, to create an additional 30 new dwellings (2 x Studio. 16 x 1 bed and 12 x 2 bed).
