Revised Plan and Elevations to Type D1 Bungalow to roof overhang over main entrance and remove adjacent brick pier and timber post. GRP Entrance canopy indicated

Raising rear section of bungalow roof to match existing and creating a bedroom extension.

Raising of roof by 2.7m to create additional storey on existing bungalow.

Construction of single storey pitched roof bedroom extension to rear of existing dormer bungalow.

A porch on the front of the bungalow with a floor area of 6 square metres. Re-using the original front window and door to match the other window. A pitched tiled roof mimicking the existing roof line. The porch block work and the front wall will be rendered cream to match. Grey dry verging will be fitted to both roofs.

Rear 1.5 storey extension to bungalow and 2 no. dormer windows and 1 no. roof light to front roof slope

Removal of rear conservatory and fire damaged roof and replacement of new roof to form a dormer bungalow. Conversion of garage to form a kitchen. Replacement front porch extension.

The works will be to carry out the following to an existing detached bungalow : Thermal upgrades to the existing exterior, conversion of the attached garage to form living space, the addition/conversion of the roof space space to provide a dormer first floor for bedrooms and bathrooms including the area over the existing garage, and the construction of a detached double garage.
