Request for a screening opinion under Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2017 (as amended) to determine whether the proposed development constitutes EIA development. It is the intention that a full planning application will be submitted for a residential development of up to 95 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping.

Refuse/recycling facilities will be located in the parking area. Associated footpaths and landscaping of the site
