Remove fence on rear boundary that backs on to metro line and replace with brick wall to match side boundaries in back garden. Fence height 2.6m and want to raise this by 1m (3.6m) to provide greater privacy (as Nexus removed trees lining both sides of metro recently), reduce metro noise and reduce foliage growing through and over fence.
