Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 3 to permission 16/05330/FULL6 (granted for the demolition of existing garage and single storey rear extension, and erection of part one/ two storey front extension, part one/ two storey rear extension, enlargement of roof and elevational alterations), to allow alterations to the size, design and materials of the first floor rear extension, a flat roof to the single storey rear extension, addition of front and rear roof lights and elevational alterations.
