Construction of a new single storey rear extension to replace an existing conservatory. The extension features a pitched roof with large dormer window serving a first-floor bedroom. The application also includes conversion of half of the existing double garage and replacing the existing windows across the whole property as part of a wider thermal upgrade package.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Removal of existing small porch and replace with a 3m wide by 4m long extension to kitchen. The wall that borders neighbour at No 15 would be entirely brick, away from property would be part brick and part glazed with remaining side the same with patio doors.
