Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning approval 3/21/2810/LBC: Conversion of public house with ancillary residential accommodation on first floor to three (2-bed) dwellings, demolition of outbuildings and single storey rear extensions. Construction of single storey side and rear extensions. The reinstatement of external doorway on front elevation. Alterations to include - Property 1, removal of extension, relocation of window, moving of bike stores and internal alterations. House 2 - party wall to be linked, internal alterations. House 3 - internal alterations.

Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. Existing roofs made good, reforming of C16 roof and demolition of rear outbuildings. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation. Internal walls added to create shower rooms and installation of kitchens to create two 2 bedroom first and second floor apartments.
