Amendments to planning permission dated 23 March 2018 (RN: 17/08716/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 33 and 34 of planning permission dated 20 April 2016 (RN: 15/06448) for the 'Demolition of all existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment to provide a mixed use development accommodated in a single building arranged around a central courtyard of lower ground, ground, eight upper floors, rooftop plant and basements.
