Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 27 March 2018 (RN: 17/11195/FULL) which varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 August 2015 (RN: 15/03080/FULL) for the Demolition of the existing two storey property and erection of a three storey, plus basement, four bedroom residential property with associated works of excavation, landscaping and new boundary treatments to front. NAMELY, to allow rear elevation step back at ground floor, adjustment of position of the rear staircase, addition of an openable skylight to the front roof top, and associated works.
