Amendments to planning permission dated 9th February 2021 (RN:20/05502/COFUL) for Variation of conditions 1, 25, 27, 32 and 38 and removal of condition 26 of planning permission dated 02 April 2015 (13/11894/COFUL ) for the redevelopment of Lisson Arches, Penn House and 4 Lilestone Street; namely, the erection of a building at Lisson Arches on Bernhardt Crescent to provide enterprise space (Class B1(b ), (c ), flats for the elderly to replace the accommodation in Penn House. Redevelopment of Penn House and 4 Lilestone Street to prove a new community /health care hub and residential units in buildings with basement car parking off Lilestone Street, public realm/landscaping improvements and other enabling works. (Council's Own Development). Namely, to amend wording of condition 28 (Secure by Design).

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 15th December 2018 (RN 18/09016/FULL) for the 'Erection of a mansard roof extension, alterations to existing facades and excavation of a single-storey basement extension underneath the footprint of the original house, to provide additional residential accommodation'. NAMELY, to amend the approved drawings to include a set of demolition plan to confirm extent of the approved alterations to the facades and a revised set of proposed drawings to be consistent with the demolition drawings (No changes to final design with the application purely to establish exact areas of demolition necessary to deliver approved scheme).
