Partial demolition of the existing single family dwelling and reconstruction and extensions to provide a new third floor dormer extension with rear terrace on top of a rebuilt second floor, reconstruction of rear basement, ground and first floors of the property to the existing rear building line, inclusion of additional windows and new fenestration in rear elevation and Juliet balconies at rear ground floor, creation of replacement rear second floor terrace with re-located roof lights and alterations to the front door and garage door.
