Namely, to amend wording in Condition 11.

NAMELY, to amend conditions 9,16,17,20 to allow for commencement of The Old Vicarage and amendments to the internal flat layouts in the Old Vicarage.

Amendments to planning permission dated 7 December 2015 (RN: 15/11404/FULL) for demolition and redevelopment of the site to provide a residential complex comprising 36 units of self-contained assisted living accommodation integrated with facilities including communal kitchen-cafe, storage areas, wellness centre/spa, guest accommodation, staff accommodation, staff offices, in two linked buildings of six storeys each, internal courtyard, roof terraces, excavation to create basement storage and 36 car parking spaces with access from Horseferry Road, NAMELY, to amend condition 2 regarding an extension to working hours, allowing work to be carried out from 07:00-21:00 Monday to Saturday inclusive until May 2021.
