Use of the basement and ground floor levels to provide retail (Class A1) and restaurant (Class A3) uses. Complete facade refurbishment to all elevations. Provision of terraces at rear second to seventh floor levels. Installation of mechanical plant and lift overrun within an enclosure at roof level namely, to amend the wording of Conditions 5 and 18 to remove reference to 'you must not start work' and replace this wording with 'you must not start any work on these parts of the development'.
