Namely, to amend wording in Condition 11.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13 January 2022 (21/05212/FULL) for Variation of Conditions 1 and 19 of planning permission dated 12 October 2017 (RN: 17/01327/FULL) for the 'Erection of a two storey roof extension and infill extension at rear ground to fifth floor levels to provide additional office accommodation (Class B1). Use of the basement and ground floor levels to provide retail (Class A1) and restaurant (Class A3) uses. Complete facade refurbishment to all elevations. Provision of terraces at rear second to seventh floor levels. Installation of mechanical plant and lift overrun within an enclosure at roof level namely, to amend the wording of Conditions 5 and 18 to remove reference to 'you must not start work' and replace this wording with 'you must not start any work on these parts of the development'.
