Namely, to allow amendments including removal of car parking stacking system, revised new basement floor layout, reduction in car parking spaces to 26, and provision of 5 electric charging points'. Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 5 March 2020 (RN 19/00530/LBC) for the Redevelopment of Pegasus House and Nuffield House including demolition behind a retained facade (west, south and east) of Nuffield House and replacement building comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to seventh floor and demolition and replacement of Pegasus House comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to fifth floors; amalgamation of the two buildings to provide new office (Class B1), retail (Class A1), restaurant (Class A3), flexible office / retail (Class B1 / A1), and residential accommodation (Class C3); and other associated works from RN 19/00530/LBC, NAMELY, to include the following changes: amend the design of the shopfronts and ground floor level entrances, rearrangement of reception spaces, alteration to lift overrun and Nuffield house roof massing and window replacement.
