Variation of condition 1 and removal of conditions 9 and 10 of listed building consent dated 12 December 2018 (RN 18/08719/LBC ) for 'Alterations and extensions to 32 Belgrave Square and redevelopment of 25/27 Belgrave Mews South behind retained facade including new link extension between the mews house and main building, fourth floor infill extension, new mechanical plant and rooflights, and associated alterations, in connection with enlargement of single family dwellinghouse and erection of an Orangery extension beyond rear wing at ground floor level (site includes 32 Belgrave Square and 25/27 Belgrave Mews South)'.
