Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 16 April 2018 (RN: 18/01437/LBC) for the: Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 18 August 2017 (17/03792/LBC) Demolition of rear extensions and erection of a new extension at the lower ground to the fourth floor levels, excavation of a basement to the rear of the main dwelling, replacement windows, and refurbishment of the front pavement vaults, and associated internal and external alterations in connection with the use of property as a single family dwelling house. Namely, to allow the modification of roof level acoustic enclosure to house the approved air conditioning units.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27 February 2020 (RN: 19/09024/FULL) for the: Alterations including the erection of a single-storey roof level extension with inset terrace along the Nottingham Place frontage, part-demolition of existing basement/ground floor to create a rear lightwell/patio area, erection of a rear extension and creation of a terrace at rear first floor level, installation of a replacement screen adjoining rear lightwell at second floor level with 8 Nottingham Place; all in connection with enlargement of existing dwelling house (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow amendments to window detail at basement level on front (west) building elevation.
