T.1 - Horse Chestnut in front driveway - within the curtilage of Elborough Cottage. Tree roots causing major structural damage to listed boundary wall in multiple areas - remove to ground level.

Various tree works as stated on application form. 3 hawthorns to be removed must be replaced as close to the old ones as practically feasible.

Ash - reduce by up to 2m We plan to reduce the crown by up to 2m, ensuring all pruning cuts are to suitable growth points whilst maintaining a balanced and aesthetically pleasing shape. This is in order to control the size and reduce shading on the garden. We will also cut back from the phone lines where necessary, taking care not to negatively affect the trees form.

T1 - Yew Tree Lift all round by 1.5m Crown reduction laterally north side by 0.5m Crown reduction laterally south side by 1m

T1 - Eucalyptus. Remove. Replace with fruit tree, as agreed with tree owner.
