Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/20/0338/FUL - Construction of single storey side extension and conversion of former coach house to form single dwelling and creation of new access drive. We are seeking permission for the construction of a detached outbuilding for a garage/garden room. Therefore we wish the condition to make reference to updated/new drawings. We wish the condition to read as follows: The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out other than in complete accordance with the following approved drawing(s): - PW861-P101 (Site location plan); - PW861-P102 (Existing site plan, floor plans and elevations); - PW861-P103 Rev E (Proposed site plan, floor plans and elevations). - PW861-P104 Rev E (Proposed outbuilding site plan, floor plans and elevations).
