Removal of conditions 3 (Shall be occupied as ancillary accommodation to existing dwelling) and 8 (Permitted development rights) of application CHE/18/00548/FUL- Change of use from offices to residential, extensions to dwelling, demolition of existing conservatory, erection of a new conservatory and demolition of existing stables and erection of new 4 garage.

Change of use of ground floor from Use Class A5 (Hot food takeaway) to Use Class C3 - Dwellinghouse to create additional residential accomodation at ground floor level for existing residential dwelling and associated external changes. Demolition of existing side and rear exensions and garage and the erection of a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to create a garage and further additional bedroom accommodation for the existing dwelling.
