Variation of Condition Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 22/03816/HOU (Erection of two-storey side and front extension, increase in roof height to existing dwelling, two-storey extension, first-floor side extension, and alterations to fenestration on eastern elevation to include the introduction of a Juliet balcony) to allow amendment to fenestration and accommodation in roof space with 3nos dormer windows and 5nos rooflights.

Variation of Condition 23 pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/2895 dated 11/03/2020 for 'Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a new mixed use development comprising a part 7, part 9 storey (maximum height above ground of 29.99m) building of 288sqm commercial floor space (Use Class B1) and 74 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated bin stores, cycle stores, plant rooms and hard and soft landscaping. This application represents a departure from strategic policy 10 'Jobs and Businesses' of the Core Strategy (2011) and Saved Policy 1.2 'Strategic ial Locations' of the Southwark Plan (2007) by virtue of proposing to introduce residential accommodation in a preferred industrial location'.
