Minor material amendment to Condtition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 17/AP/4487 dated 24/01/2018 'Demolition of the existing building, and redevelopment of the site to provide new residential units (Use Class C3) and commercial floorspace (Sui Generis Use Class) within one building' (description amended by 20/AP/0389) for the following changes: Subdivision of an approved 2 bedroom flat at third floor level into 2 x 1 bedroom units; and Increase in the height of the existing stair core by 1.2m including the construction of a steel framed enclosure with a glazed screen and external door at roof level.
