Application for variation of condition 3 of application BH2019/02007 (Conversion of residential care home (C2) to 5no two bedroom and 1no one bedroom flats (C3), incorporating two storey rear extension, revised fenestration and associated alterations (part-retrospective)) to state: The vehicle parking areas shown on the approved plans shall not be used otherwise than for the parking of private motor vehicles and motorcycles belonging to the occupants of and visitors to the development hereby approved, or occupants of and visitors to the development hereby approved under BH2020/01832 and shall be maintained so as to ensure their availability for such use at all times.

Application for variation of condition 1 of BH2019/02007 (Conversion of residential care home (C2) to 5no two bedroom and 1no one bedroom flats (C3), incorporating two storey rear extension, revised fenestration and associated alterations (part-retrospective).) to allow amendments to the approved drawings to provide additional car parking space.
