Part Retrospective: Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of single storey rear extension; garage conversion with raised roof and extension to create a link to main dwelling; erection of raised rear patio with steps and balustrading

Demolition of existing shed and construction of single storey side extension on the north east of the dwelling with a glass link to the main dwelling. Erection of a double garage with roof accomodation to the north of the dwelling connected with a glass link to the side extension. Erection of a two storey side extension to the south west of the dwelling. Fenestration changes to the front elevation of the main dwellinghouse. Vehicle access widening and installation of brick piers and sliding gate.

Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of five bedroom two storey replacement dwelling with accommodation at roof level including front and rear dormers, attached double garage with roof level accommodation to side, attached single storey pool house with pump room and raised terrace at rear.
