Retrospective application for conversion of existing buildings to form 1 no. new dwelling together with basement extension, 1 new outbuilding, associated improvements/alterations including attached annexe accommodation and other associated development including replacement of barns existing brick and timber structures to allow a more efficient form of residential construction and minor fenestration changes to proposed barn conversion design approved under extant planning permission 17/01406/FUL.

Construction of single storey side extension to facilitate conversion of existing dwellinghouse to create 1 x 1-bed and 1 x 2-bed flats. Retention of detached 1 x 1-bedroom dwelling. Erection of bin/cycle stores and alterations to existing vehicular crossover (part retrospective).
