Non material amendment to approved application DM2021/00240 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing single storey rear extension and detached garage, erection of a part one, part two storey front, side and rear extension with steps leading down to rear garden, alteration to ground and first floor front fenestration, conversion of loft space involving alterations to existing roofline, a dormer extension at rear and rooflights to front roofslope' to allow a reduction in number of ground floor rear patio doors from 5 to 3, alteration of single storey rear extension roof from pitch to flat, replacement of 5 rooflights with 2 roof lanterns, reduction of first floor rear windows from 4 to 3 and provision of a fence between neighbouring properties.
