Non-material amendment to application 20/P/0737/FUH (single-storey extension to west elevation. Replacement and conversion of garage to provide storage/utility space and living accommodation with dormer window to north roof elevation) to remove conversion and extension of existing garage from proposals therefore the ridge height of the roof will remain as existing, to increase pitch and introduce tiles to roofs of proposed single-storey front extensions and to introduce new flat roof entrance between single-storey extensions and existing garage.
