Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. Existing roofs made good, reforming of C16 roof and demolition of rear outbuildings. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation. Internal walls added to create shower rooms and installation of kitchens to create two 2 bedroom first and second floor apartments.

Application to vary condition 1 (approved drawings) of planning permission Ref: DM2020/00014 for the 'Erection of a detached two storey building with roof accommodation comprising 2 self-contained flats and provision of new parking bays with access from Blenheim Road, refuse and cycle storage and associated landscaping' to allow for the erection of an additional rear dormer extension and alteration to rear roofline, installation of a rooflight to front roofslope, installation of windows to flank at first floor and second floor, alteration to front fenestration and removal of two rooflights to rear and one to flank.

Single storey rear extension in order to provide two additional flats; alterations to the internal layouts of the existing upper floor flats, including dormer extension to provide additional habitable accommodation; fenestration alterations and privacy screens on flat roofs at first and second floor level in order to provide roof terraces.
