Repair retaining walls, reduce site levels of driveway ramp and increase hardstanding, driveway and off street car parking capacity, removal of detached garage, construction of detached garage/carport, extend front porch, utility room pitched roof replaced with flat roof, alterations to ground floor and first floor fenestration (windows and doors), replace and extend cladding, new external steps and retaining wall.
