Following the change of use and extension of existing building from Public House to create 9 new flats (7 x 2-bed and 2 x 1-bed), retention of one existing 2-bed flat and creation of new shop A2 use to ground and office to first floor over within existing building under planning permission 18/00584/FUL dated 26th October 2018 - retention of as-built variations pertaining to revisions to elevations, front section ridge height, intermediate roof length, new skylight to third floor flat roof, new window to third floor rear elevation, additional dormer to rear second floor rear roof elevation, revision to rear two storey element ridge height. Discharge of condition 3 Materials, 4 Landscaping, 7 Management Plan, 8 Surfacing & Drainage, 9 Boundary Treatment, 11 Sustainable Drainage Methods and 12 Drainage Scheme of planning permission 19/00606/FUL dated 4th October 2019.
