Extension to existing dwelling house including two-storey rear extension with pitched roof. Extensions to roof including 1no rear dormer window and 1no roof light to both sides.' Variation to include changes to external finishes

Erection of a single storey side and rear extension to link store and garage to main house. Formation of 2no. dormers to rear roofslope and enlargement of existing rear dormer. Insertion of 1no. rooflight to each side roofslope and removal of 2no. chimneys. Demolition of existing rear bay window and formation of timber doors to rear elevation. Variation to include change dormer obscured window to permanently fixed (non openable) and open the currently fixed full height gable window
