Listed Building Consent -This application relates to the approved LBC application (DC/20/3930/LBC) relating to 'the demolition of rear north extensions. Erection of room in roof north extension. Refurbishment of south extension and main dwelling. Erection of cloister link. Demolition of cartlodge and erection of replacement cartlodge' and to the 'Discharge of Condition No. 3 (DC/21/1715/DRC): (ii) Section and elevation details of the reinstatement of the mullion window. (iii) A section detail of the junction between the existing building and the proposed cloister extension lintel above garage doors (including materials and finish), (iv) A schedule of works for the exposure of the fireplaces. (v) Details of the proposed mix of the external lime render.
